A creative arts project in Basingstoke that uses psychological approaches to provide a safe, supportive environment in which you can express your thoughts and ideas.

With the idea that ‘one shoe does not fit all’ we invite guest artists in to share their ways of working and inspire you, so it doesn’t matter if you think you can’t draw; perhaps you’re a Poet, Sculptor or Musician?  Rest assured there is something for everyone at This is My Space.

This is an opportunity to go on a voyage of self discovery, build your confidence, learn how to express yourself and above all enjoy yourself and make some friends.

Places are on a first come, first served basis for anyone with a mental health condition. You can ask to join one of these fantastic groups by asking your healthcare provider for a referral in Basingstoke.

Bookings:

Sessions are on Friday afternoons between 1pm and 3pm.

Costs range from £5-£10 per session.

Refreshments and basic workshop materials are included.
