A creative arts project that uses psychological approaches to provide a safe, supportive environment in which you can express your thoughts and ideas.
With the idea that ‘one shoe does not fit all’ we invite guest artist in to share their ways of working and inspire you, so it doesn’t matter if you think you can’t draw; perhaps you’re a Poet instead?
This is an opportunity to go on a voyage of self discovery, build your confidence, learn how to express yourself and above all enjoy yourself and make some friends.
Places are on a first come, first served basis for anyone with a mental health condition and is open to health care services or associated agencies within Basingstoke and Deane Borough or North West Hampshire locality.
Bookings:
Sessions are on Friday mornings, afternoons or you could elect to come for the whole day.
Costs are based on ability to pay and usually range from £3-£6 per session.
Refreshments and most workshop materials are included.
