This creative arts project weaves together psychological tools to improve mental wellbeing and opportunities to explore your thoughts and ideas creatively, within a safe and supportive environment. It doesn’t matter if you can’t draw… perhaps you’re a Poet instead.

Go on give yourself an opportunity to go on a voyage of self discovery, build your confidence and learn how to express yourself and above all enjoy yourself and make some friends.

Wednesdays from 3rd June – 22nd July 2026
